The coldest Christmas Eve since 1963 and a small
group of strangers take refuge from the snow, in
an unwelcoming, out-of-town bar.
Unsure of how they all arrived at the remote venue,
questions begin to arise about the reasons they have
all been brought together, and why they cannot
simply leave and return to their everyday lives.
A businessman, a lorry driver, an army general, a drifter,
and a dance coach: each harbouring a secret...
a story... a confession. Many truths thought buried
forever are unearthed, as each person is brought to
account for one day of their lives.
Who is Angelika? And who are the other two residents
of this forsaken bar, what is their story, and where
did they come from? And how do they know so many personal details about this group of individuals?
Is this place real? Why isn’t it on any map...
and why does it seem as if time itself is on hold?
